Restorative Aide Responsibilities:

• Safely lifting, moving and transferring residents as required
• Feeding or assisting residents with eating or drinking as necessary
• Timely responding to call lights
• Monitoring changes in resident health and reporting changes to the charge nurse

• Nursing Assistance Certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Highly developed observation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills needed
