Job Description and Responsibilities: The warehouse manager's primary function is to oversee the daily facility operations. Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage day to day operations for lubricant warehouse
- Manage shipping and receiving of all lubricant products bulk and package
- Know and follow all Quality Control Guidelines for lubricant products
- Review customer monitors daily and schedule deliveries according to customer needs
- Interaction with customer service and sales to ensure timely delivery of product
- Obtain an accurate count of inventory at the end of each month and be able to account for discrepancies
- Dispatch, assign and manage warehouse personnel and drivers' daily duties and assignments
- Drive safely and operate in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws as related to motor carrier safety regulations
- Be able to load bulk and package goods onto trucks and deliver
- Unload products at customer locations in tanks or warehouses
- Maintain equipment according to company guidelines
- Follow all DOT regulation for electronic driving logs, hours of service and vehicle inspections
- Communicate any customer needs to appropriate personnel
- Report all accidents and injuries to supervisor
- Foster a safe work environment
- Maintenance assessment of customer & driver reported issues
- The ability to install and/or repair tank monitors, clock gauges, pumps or other parts as needed on Retif equipment
- Aid in operational customer success
- New Site Surveys prior to first delivery as directed
- Correspond with customers, vendors, and suppliers as needed on behalf of the company
- Maintain relationships including face to face visits with existing customers
- Assist with customer-onboarding process including site visits
- Conduct research or gather information through surveys or by speaking to customers and staff as directed
- Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions
- Awareness and understanding of other key functional areas like marketing, operations, and Retif-owned real estate
- Commitment to continuous learning of the industry, various segments, applications, and products

Requirements
The best candidate will have the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift operation experience required
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Minimum 25 years old to allow for operation of a company vehicle
- Possess valid Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tank endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
Requirements: While performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel.
