We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Purchasing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive customer experience. You will process orders received through various channels, coordinate with inventory, sales, and warehousing teams, and address customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product availability.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations, identifying areas for process improvement, and supporting our commitment to exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Accurately process customer orders received via various channels (online, phone, email, etc.) in a timely manner.Regularly check inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate department. Work closely with procurement or warehousing teams to ensure stock availability.Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their orders, shipping, delivery time, and product availability.Provide customers with tracking details and update them on any changes or delays.Confirm product information and quantities on orders to ensure accuracy.Identify areas of improvement in the order fulfillment process and suggest solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.Work closely with other departments, including sales, application engineers, and warehousing, to ensure seamless order processing.Continuously update knowledge on products, company policies, and industry best practices.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelors degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
