About the Role

We are seeking a talented Orthodontic Care Assistant who shares our passion for making a difference. You will support our commitment to excellent dental care and help create memorable experiences for our patients, especially children who compose a large part of our patient base.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients.
• Guiding families through our process before treatment begins.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and providing postoperative care instructions.
• Preparing patients for examinations and treatments.
• Taking x-rays and maintaining patient records accurately.
• Capturing quality orthodontic facial photographs.
• Ensuring operational readiness and preparing necessary dental materials.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and treatment areas.
• Assisting dental professionals during procedures.
• Documenting all patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company compliance protocols.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (as required by state).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting is preferred.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Strong customer service focus and dedication to patient satisfaction.
• A genuine love for working with children.
• Integrity and reliability are essential.
• Attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple tasks effectively.
• Maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
