The Design Engineer will support our sales and detailing teams by delivering accurate, code-compliant designs across commercial, industrial, conventional, and hybrid projects.
Will ensure the integrity of our final designs by verifying that all applicable codes and load criteria are properly addressed—all while adhering to company standards and timelines.

Qualifications
The Design Engineer must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial manufacturing design from a steel manufacturing industry.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional listening.
The Design Engineer must have strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Self-motivated with an objective-driven work approach.
Demonstrated reliability with regular and predictable attendance.
The Design Engineer must work additional hours when needed.
Committed to personal and professional growth.
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.—no sponsorship available.
Preferred experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) estimating programs.
