The Business Operations Project Manager will manage new clinic start-ups, business operations, and project management within the FMOL Physician Group. Effectively leads the clinic operations by coordinating administrative policies, physician preferences, and patient needs. Oversees the daily operations of physician practice focusing on physician and staff relationships, customer service, and financial management. Additionally, coordinates special projects for the Physician Group at the direction of the VP of Operations. Minimum Requirements Experience - 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably some experience working with physicians and/or physician groups directly. (Master's degree substitutes for 2 years of experience). Education Bachelor's Degree Special Skills - Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
