Responds to and resolve routine inquiries, complaints and concerns through inbound phone calls, emails and electronic requests.
Prepares and confirms orders in EMR system to match what fulfillment warehouse has distributed to patient
Tracks outbound shipments to patients via UPS/FedEx/USPS to confirm they are delivered timely
Ensures orders are confirmed accurately and timely
Works with various departments to ensure patients achieve great customer service experience
Consistently demonstrates courtesy to all clients and co-workers on the job
Treats all patients, families, referral sources, doctors, vendors, and co-workers with dignity and respect
Maintains strict confidentiality of the patient and client information
Demonstrates competence and knowledge in all work-related activities
Always acts professionally and efficiently, keeping personal phone calls and interactions at an absolute minimum
Displays ability to listen attentively and an eagerness to learn new skills
Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or Equivalent preferred
General DME knowledge
Competency in processing sleep therapy equipment orders
General computer knowledge
General knowledge of Microsoft Office and similar programs
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High level of skill working with computers and various software programs
Must exhibit strong problem-solving skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to seek additional work when assigned task are completed
Displays an eagerness to learn new skills
Always acts professionally and efficiently, keeping personal phone calls and interactions at an absolute minimum
Performs other duties as assigned by Management
Exhibit strong organization skill for efficient production of accurate orders
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
