About this Job The University of Louisiana at Lafayette New Iberia Research Center specializes in the breeding, management, and importation of a diverse range of nonhuman primate species and offers a broad range of diagnostic, laboratory, and human resources for the development and characterization of nonhuman primate models for applied and basic research aimed at promoting human quality of life. Were seeking a Laboratory Technician Supervisor to supervise employees performing animal colony maintenance duties at our New Iberia Research Center team. Minimum Qualifications Three years of experience as a laboratory technician; OR - An associate or bachelors degree in medical technology, nursing, clinical laboratory science, or a biological, physical, or chemical science plus two years of experience as a laboratory technician; OR - Certification as a Laboratory Animal Technician by the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science plus two years of experience as a laboratory...Laboratory Technician, Technician, Laboratory, Supervisor, Clinical, Healthcare, Maintenance
