Position Responsibilities/ Major Duties - Checks production work schedules for job assignment and work reporting time. - When job assignment is SCALER/ DIVIDER OPERATOR, responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Checks and maintains production schedule. - Scales ingredients - Loads, operates and unloads mixer(s) - Operates dough pump - Checks posted scaling weights and equipment standards - Adjusts and operates one pocket and six pocket dividers - Adjusts and operates rounder - Adjusts and operates overhead proofer - Performs start-up/shut down sanitation and operators preventative maintenance - Ensures that work area is clean and organized - Performs other duties as directed by supervision - Ensures compliance with al company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Etc.) - When job assignment is WRAPPING OPERATOR, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Checks production schedule and verifies product running order. - Checks pan count sheet for product q...Production Operator, Production, Operator, Manufacturing
