Job Summary

The Communication Center Specialist serves as the first point of contact for incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely communication and smooth coordination across departments. This position plays a key role in maintaining excellent client relations and supporting case management operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route all incoming calls for Case Management, Main Office, and MMU departments.
  • Transfer urgent calls and send messages to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support documentation processes including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism with all clients and coworkers.
  • Collaborate closely with on-duty nurse case managers.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned.
