Job Summary

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are one of the first team members our guests interact with each morning. Your friendly, genuine personality helps create a warm, welcoming breakfast experience that sets the tone for their entire stay.

You'll engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure the breakfast area is clean, stocked, and inviting. By reading guest cues and offering thoughtful service, you'll help deliver a personalized, best-in-class experience that reflects the Hampton Inn brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive breakfast experience for all guests

• Prepare, stock, and maintain the breakfast area

• Keep breakfast and dining areas clean, organized, and sanitary

• Practice excellent guest service and "Brilliant Hosting" standards at all times

• Communicate hotel services, amenities, and local information to guests

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and protect company assets

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods

• Push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach

• Lift, carry, and move items up to 20 pounds

• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals

Job Requirements

• Availability to work any day of the week (including weekends and holidays)

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Ability to build positive guest relationships

• Team-oriented with a hands-on, proactive approach

• High school diploma or equivalent
