Carpenter - Mobile Home Remodeling & Repair

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter to remodel and repair temporary living quarters (mobile homes). This is a hands-on position requiring expertise in multiple trades and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive repairs and remodeling on mobile homes
• Roofing installation and repair
• Flooring installation and replacement
• FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panel) installation
• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Sheetrock installation, finishing, and repair
• Interior and exterior painting
• Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements

• Proven carpentry experience
• Experience working on mobile homes or manufactured housing preferred
• Proficiency in roofing, flooring, plumbing, sheetrock, and painting
• Own tools preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
• High School Diploma
• Clear Background
• Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation
• Must be able to pass drug screen
