A company is looking for a Data Center Support Engineer.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage tasks through the JIRA ticketing system, troubleshooting data center infrastructureSupport Network Engineering, SysAdmin, and Project Management teams in the data center environmentManage hardware asset tags and perform audits, repairs, and on-location support for special projectsRequired Qualifications2-3 years of experience in a related field or relevant degree/certificateUnderstanding of network fundamentals and computer hardware troubleshootingExperience with data center equipment and familiarity with the JIRA ticketing systemProficiency with Google GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail)Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
