Radiology - Breast Only
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Radiology - Breast Only specialist, providing essential outpatient breast imaging services to patients in a full-time capacity. This role offers a minimum commitment of several months with scheduled Monday through Friday shifts from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., in person only, with no weekly call or weekend requirements. Ideal candidates will conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms, breast ultrasounds, stereotactic and ultrasound-guided biopsies, as well as breast MRI and MRI-guided biopsies across outpatient locations.
Required Skills:
- Breast Imaging Fellowship (mandatory)
- Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasounds, stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound biopsies, breast MRI, and MRI biopsies
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and patient care orientation
- Full coverage of Certificate of Insurance (COI) and LA PCF for credentialing purposes
- Clean background check and malpractice history (necessary for temporary credentials for earlier start)
- Previous experience in outpatient breast radiology centers
- Familiarity with advanced breast imaging technologies and procedures
- Board-certified or eligible radiologist with specialized fellowship training in breast imaging
- Prior outpatient breast imaging experience is advantageous
- Must have full COI and LA PCF coverage for credentialing at the site
- No travel, call, or weekend duties required
- Availability to begin as soon as possible with proper credentials in place
