Location:-Hybrid Role in Lafayette, Louisiana

Duration:-6 month Contract

Future duties and responsibilities:

• Experienced in solutioning, designs for new initiatives, optimization

• Experienced in leading the solution, design discussion and walk throughs to team members

• 50% of the work on New initiatives, Optimization

• 50% of the work on Enhancements, Support requests

• Provides on-going support for the applications

• Debugging, fix complex production issues

• Apply creative ways to address the issues permanently

• Release/post release support (after hours)

• Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective application programming solution.

• Reuse existing code through the use of program development software alternatives and/or integrates purchased solutions.

• Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.

• Experience in using AI tools (Eg: Co-Pilot, Cursor, Devin..) preferred
