Project Manager

As a project manager, you are a member of our transaction team and support us in the successful implementation of national and international M&A and corporate finance mandates.

• Independently conducting and coordinating M&A projects in the industrial mid-sized sector
• Creating transaction documents, business plans, and company analyses
• Preparing and leading management presentations
• Accompanying and coordinating due diligence processes
• Managing external consulting teams and internal resources
• Preparing and leading contract negotiations The activity preferably takes place at our Frankfurt or Stuttgart location in a central area.

Your Profile

You have completed your studies in economics or a comparable field with above-average performance. Ideally, you have at least six years of experience in the M&A/corporate finance/investment banking/auditing environment or in a consulting firm and have already independently conducted projects. You impress with a confident demeanor, are communication-savvy, and skilled in dealing with people. You have a strong quantitative understanding and are well-versed in financial models.

With your profound strategic methodological knowledge and very good expertise in finance, M&A, and accounting - from financial analysis to closing - you are responsible for the projects. You impress with your good knowledge in creating presentations and your communication skills. With an analytical mindset and your expertise in valuation, you complete your profile.

In addition, you have excellent German and English language skills in speech and writing. Your potential is underscored by healthy ambition, initiative, and team spirit.
