The Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans.

The Mercedes-Benz Cars Controlling & Accounting / Industrial FC-Templates department is responsible for business methods, procedures, and processes in accounting and controlling within the Mercedes-Benz Group AG. These are designed to be uniform both domestically and internationally, integrated into the business perspectives, continuously realigned in response to internal and external changes, and future-oriented. They are also secured in terms of consistency, uniformity, standardization, and orderliness through the design of IT-supported systems.

Your final thesis can cover various aspects of project management, including:

• Project planning and control
• Risk management
• Quality management
• Agile methods
• Change management
• Project communication
• Stakeholder management

The activity can start in August 2026.

The final topic selection will be determined in consultation with the university, you, and us.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proficient German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Engagement and team capability
• Analytical mindset and strategic approach
