Job Duties

• Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment and delivery.
• Operate a forklift to move, stage, and load materials.
• Load and unload trucks accurately and safely.
• Assist delivery driver helpers with product handling as needed.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain organized inventory staging areas.
• Read measurements and use a measuring tape for material handling tasks.
• Follow all warehouse safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional warehouse and material-handling duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience required.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order-pulling experience preferred.
• Experience loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Strong attention to detail when selecting and preparing customer orders.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots and a hard hat.
• Ability to safely perform physical loading and unloading duties.

What You Will Do

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.

The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in warehouse and distribution operations by helping products move efficiently from receiving through shipment. This position requires attention to detail, strong work habits, and the ability to perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities.
